I was stinkin' pumped about last night at The Ridge that I had to write about it today instead of waiting till Wednesday.  There was a very cool vibe last night and even though things did not go as planned, God still was made famous!

• We launched our Internet Campus beta test last night and had 9 people logged in at once.  A few were planted, but a few others just showed up which was really cool because they said they would be back next week!

• We had major connection issues and the video kept freezing on us, but the audio stayed together.  We have a solution for that next week, so hopefully there will be no connection issues.  
• We ran and bought a $100 range booster that didn't work.  Go figure.
• The band was amazing last night despite some major sound issues in the beginning. It takes some major components to handle the loudness of what we put out on Sunday nights so we had to do some adjusting and bring in some new equipment.  If you don't like it loud, you won't like The Ridge
• We also had projection issues, but Denira did an awesome job getting everything together at just the right time
• The band started off with Your Name High by Hillsong and rocked the joint!  It set the mood for the rest of worship
• Didn't think it would happen, but I got a little nervous on stage when I realized we were broadcasting to the world our experience...but once the spirit took over, it was all downhill from there
• Awesome to see lots of new faces in the crowd this past week.  Our launch team continues to grow by God sending us amazing people
• We even had some people show up because of the hot chocolate give away we did Friday morning!
• Keep praying about our meeting location!  We have one HUGE iron in the fire right now we are waiting to hear back from
• We finish up Crazy Love this week and I can honestly say this has been the hardest, most gut wrenching series I've ever been part of.  We talked about what it looks like to obsessed with Jesus last night.  What are you obsessed with?  Is your obsession with X greater than your passion/obsession with Jesus?
• I'll be a little sad to see Crazy Love go, but I know that it's made a lasting impact on our church's core and is helping shape who we are as a church
• I'll talk more about it in Weekend Confessions, but we gave out several hundred cups of hot chocolate to the early bird shoppers on Friday in Oak Ridge...it was awesome to see their faces when they found out is was FREE!
